Transaction Process

1. Consultation

The client contacts us via WhatsApp, email, or in-person meeting with our representative to confirm their basic information, financial situation, and remittance requirements.

2. Document Preparation

  • KYC form 
  • Receiver's valid identification (passport, driver’s license, PR card, etc.)
  • Sender’s ID
  • Receiver's bank statements for the past three months
     

3. Exchange Rate Quotation

 Our company provides the client with the applicable exchange rate for the day. Upon the client’s confirmation and acceptance, we will furnish the designated RMB receiving account details. 

4. Client Remittance

Within the specified timeframe, the client is required to remit the funds to the designated bank account and provide the corresponding electronic remittance receipt.

5. Confirmation of Client’s Remittance

 Based on the electronic remittance receipt provided by the client, our company will promptly verify the payment and notify the client immediately.

6. Arrangement of Foreign Currency Remittance

 Our company will remit the foreign currency funds to the client’s designated account and provide the remittance confirmation to the client as proof of completion. The funds are generally credited within 24 hours.
